Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

You can draw her with her likes and dislikes,her casting spells or just her alone.

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Stolen Tablet!!

So the very first drawing tablet I've ever ordered just got stolen off my porch step yesterday. Depressing. T^T

I've already contacted the seller and the shipping company; the good news is that the company I bought from will investigate and replace my tablet in 2 business days if no one can locate it. I'm very certain it was stolen, but if they need to file their own investigation for peace of mind, I can give them that.

In other words, sorry guys! There will probably be a slight delay before I can put out a fully colored piece of art. Thanks in advance for your patience, though.

In the meantime, I'll be drawing Simba and Nala and reworking parts of Mufasa & Scar. :)

They're called Monoprice; they sell a variety of electronics. I haven't had a chance to test their tablet out yet, but I've heard good things about them (and they're waaaay cheaper than Wacom)! I'm not actually sure it's covered by warranty, but I'm sure as heck going to put up a fight! Which delivery man in their right mind thinks it's okay to leave a package of electronics outside someone's house without ringing the door bell or asking for someone to sign? >__>

YEAH WOW @____@ When I first read your thing, I thought maybe you'd left your tablet out on the porch after a night of heavy drinkdrawing or something haha. but WAT that delivery man was dumb maximum!

How is tha tablet, now that you've been able to use it? I might need a new tablet soon.. and it'd be great not to have to cough up a ton of money for another Wacom :s

Haha, I'm too poor and tablets are too precious for me to leave laying around :'DDD

I've gotten my replacement tablet, though! I've played with it on Photoshop a little bit--it's pretty good. :) I haven't had time to sit down and seriously draw with it, but when I do in a few weeks, I can let you know if I find anything glitchy/unsatisfactory.

Yeah, Wacom tablets can cost an arm and a leg for some of us. @__@ If you go to monoprice.com you can check out the specs for the tablet that I purchased. :) See if you like them! They're considerably cheaper than Wacom and it looks like they've gotten a decent amount of good reviews. I originally heard about monoprice from another artist friend who uses their tablets, I believe, so the information ought to be fairly reliable.

Good, good to hear! When I started using tablets in the 7th grade or whatever, Wacom was pretty much the only name in tablets. So I would be SUPER happy to learn that someone's finally caught up for cheaper.

Definitely let me know how you like that tablet!
